Is Your Sleep Environment Allergy-Free?

Spring is considered by some to be the height of allergy season, but other unfortunate souls battle the symptoms year round. If you haven’t yet been able to pinpoint the trigger for your allergies, ask yourself this question: Have you spent much time investigating your sleep environment? Not all allergies stem from outdoor triggers such as pollen or pet-related ones such as dander and hair.
